Health insurance is complicated enough, and Aetna's communications weren't making it any easier. Both their acquisition marketing and member communications were an inconsistent array of different brand tones and design styles we needed to develop a strategy and creative to build unity across various platforms and lines of business into clear concise marketing that put the customer at the centre.
Solution
Through our flexible, dynamic system of visuals and messaging we developed everything from member and broker communications to digital and out-of-home. We wanted people to instantly identify what they were reading and what they had to do next.

Visual Storytelling
Collaborated on the art direction and visual development of AetnaCVSHealth’s “Member Value” TV spot—helping shape the overall look, shot style, and narrative flow. The spot highlighted the brand’s message of personalized care and wellness, resulting in a nationally aired campaign that strengthened awareness and audience connection.
