Challenge

Mammoth Holdings, the parent company of 132+ car washes across 20+ regional brands, lacked a unified brand identity. Each location had its own look and feel, creating inconsistency and limiting brand recognition at a national level. Alongside this, Mammoth needed a bold digital presence and scalable design systems to support their rapid growth and strengthen customer engagement across channels.

Solution

I led the development of a unified digital brand for Mammoth, starting with a complete website redesign that delivered a modern, responsive experience. I worked closely with developers to integrate seamless navigation and partnered with motion designers to incorporate Rive animations, enhancing interactivity.

In addition to the website, I built a scalable email design system, creating a modular component library that allowed teams to quickly generate custom, on-brand emails. This system improved efficiency, consistency, and ensured every customer interaction reinforced the new brand identity. I also created comprehensive brand guidelines to maintain cohesion across digital and email platforms, ensuring Mammoth’s communication remained consistent as they grew.
